DESCRIPTION

Located in the Upper Hillhurst neighborhood of Calgary, this 5-level development includes commercial and retail space on the main level and apartment style residences above. Beneath the building lies a parking garage complete with 41 stalls.

The mechanical features of the project include Lochinvar boilers, a Trane air cooled fluid cooler, and Armstrong circulators. Within the building’s tenant suites, Bulldog heat pumps are utilized to keep them comfortable year-round.
